Production Engineering Staff

Participate in designing, programming, and optimizing manufacturing automation systems, while also supporting equipment troubleshooting and implementing improvement and digitalization initiatives within the factory

- Improve equipment and apply automation solutions to enhance production productivity and quality.

- Participate in the design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of automation systems in the factory.

- Program, modify, and optimize PLC and HMI programs according to production requirements.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize machine downtime.

- Monitor, collect, and analyze production data, and propose improvement measures.

- Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and work results.

- Participate in factory improvement, digitalization, IoT / MES / SCADA projects.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
