- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

- Familiarity with IT systems and support processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build constructive, deferential working relationships

- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines.

- Knowledge of the VAS industry and market trends is a plus.
