Our company is looking for a candidate to join the Asia Washing Machine Business Unit team, detail tasks as below:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Support development of product strategy and mid- to long-term roadmap (3 years) aligned with business goals

Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Define target markets, product positioning, and portfolio direction across regions

Ensure alignment between product strategy, core technologies, and business KPIs

2. Product Development & Product Marketing

Own end-to-end product planning and development, from concept creation to product launch

Translate insights into product concepts, specifications, and value propositions

Define market-specific product lineup and work with sales companies to ensure successful commercialization

Collaborate with marketing/communications to develop clear product messaging and support launch activities

3. Business & Profit Management

Drive profitability through product planning, pricing strategy, and cost optimization

Manage and monitor P&L performance for assigned products across factory and sales companies

Identify risks and improvement areas to enhance margin and operational efficiency

- University graduated majoring in Economics, Marketing and other related major

- Have 2-3 years of experience in similar position

- Have good logical thinking and be able to use Excel, Power Point, Power BI

- Good English in both reading and communication, Japanese is a big plus

- Be careful, enthusiastic and willing to work under pressure

- Fresher with remarkable abilities is also welcomed
