The Job
JOB PURPOSE:
- To research market trends and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze digital transformation needs in alignment with the Company’s product roadmap.
- To clearly understand assigned strategic directions and accurately communicate requirements to relevant stakeholders throughout the system development process.
- To work closely with Department Heads, business units, and functional teams to build and maintain product items based on business value, balancing benefits and implementation resources.
- To continuously update and apply best practices and trends in agile product delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and manage assigned digital transformation features and functionalities; enhance user experience by acting as the “voice of the customer” within digital solution development teams.
- Select, prioritize, and manage product backlogs based on business value and implementation complexity, while ensuring flexibility for adjustments when required.
- Coordinate with Project Managers (PM) to drive sprint planning sessions and daily stand-up meetings to ensure delivery progress and identify potential risks.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, system development teams, and relevant stakeholders (especially business units) to deliver high-quality, practical, and usable digital products.
- Take ownership of post-go-live product and system performance evaluation; identify issues and continuously improve deliverables.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Domain Management and Department Head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1, Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Insurance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
2, Experience
- Minimum 02 years of experience working as a Product Owner (PO) or Business Analyst (BA) in the financial services sector (insurance/banking/investment).
- Candidates with experience in developing products on digital platforms and knowledge of insurance business models across Digital channels / Agency / Bancassurance are highly preferred.
3, Others
- Able to communicate in English.
- English certificates such as IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC are an advantage.
