Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the origination, structuring, and execution of syndicated loans

• Handle agency function of local onshore syndicated loans

• Prepare financing proposal, information memorandum and financial projection

• Review and negotiate loan documents

• Share the unit’s marketing and credit report writing duties and administration works

• Excellent academic results from a reputable university. Graduate from an overseas university will be an advantage

• With at least 3-5 years’ solid experience in the marketing and credit analysis duties of corporate banking, preferably with exposure to syndicated loans

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Good analytical, problem solving and report writing skills

• Ability to learn fast and work under pressure

• Strong communication skills

• Good at using Office software including Excel and Powerpoint
