Product Developer (Furniture)

- Participate in the development of new furniture products from the concept stage to production, ensuring the product is market-appropriate, cost-effective, and production-ready.

- Work with international clients/partners to understand the concept, aesthetic requirements, quality standards, and timeline.

- College/university degree in interior design, materials science, or manufacturing.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the interior design industry, preferably in product development, manufacturing engineering, or customer service.

- Understanding of the interior design product development process from concept – prototyping – production.

- Basic knowledge of materials, product structure, and manufacturing practices (technical expertise is not required).

- Good English communication skills, able to communicate with international clients via email and online meetings.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents at a job-related level.

- Skills in multi-departmental collaboration, schedule management, and effective problem-solving.
