Job Description
A growing product team is seeking an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to design intuitive and scalable
digital experiences for the company’s applications. This role focuses on user experience, interface design,
and building consistent design systems for internal and client-facing products. The designer will collaborate
closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to continuously improve usability and product
quality.
• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality product features.
• Improve usability and overall product experience through thoughtful design decisions.
• Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and product usability.
• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Experience designing digital products or applications.
• Strong skills in user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Proficient in Figma and other professional design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of UX principles.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design work is required.
Full-time remote position.
Availability for meetings between 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Vietnam time).
Up to $1,600/month, depending on experience and capability.
