As our Product Delivery Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our product features are delivered to market smoothly, efficiently, and with impact.
You’ll be the go-to person for orchestrating release plans, aligning global teams, and ensuring that the incredible ideas we bring to life in Product become polished, customer-ready experiences. While not a hands-on coding role, you’ll need a strong grasp of software development cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.

Your Skills and Experience✨ WHAT YOUR MAIN FOCUS WILL BE:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of product features, releases, and roadmaps
- Align Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Build and drive delivery plans, track progress, and resolve blockers swiftly
- Own cross-team coordination, ensuring clarity, accountability, and seamless collaboration
- Keep global stakeholders (especially in the UK) informed and engaged through clear, timely updates
- Ensure full release readiness including documentation, handovers, and retrospectives
- Drive continuous improvement of internal delivery processes, tools, and visibility metrics
- Help close the feedback loop between Product, Development, Support, and Commercial teams
✨ WHAT YOU BRING:
- 8+ years' experience in product delivery, product operations, or SaaS project management
- Proven ability to manage software delivery across distributed/global teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS product cycles, Agile methodology, and roadmap management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (especially with UK-based teams)
- Strong command of delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Confluence)
- Organized, analytical, proactive — able to zoom in on detail and zoom out to strategy
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in delivering B2B SaaS or field service platforms
- Exposure to AI-powered or data-rich product environments
- Involvement in UAT, go-to-market strategy, or client onboarding
- Worked with UK-based customers, teams, or leadership

❖ 1st round: Home Assessment – Cognitive & Personality test (total duration: 25-30 mins)
❖ 2nd round: Home Assignment – Online Self-Paced Training & Case Study Presentation (timeline: 01 week)
❖ 3rd round: Online Short Presentation-Based Interview on Case Study (100% English, about 30 mins) with our L&D team (based in Pakistan) & HR team (based in UK & VN)
❖ Final round: Online In-depth Presentation-Based Interview on Case Study (100% English, about 1 hour) with our CTO & CPO (based in UK)
