We are looking for a Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with business teams to turn data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. 
• Build and optimize data models (Star/Snowflake schema) for performance and scalability. 
• Develop business logic using advanced DAX and perform data transformation using Power Query (M language). 
• Work with SQL databases to extract, clean, and analyze data. 
• Collaborate with business teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Monitor and manage Power BI Service, including Gateways and Workspaces. 

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Power BI / Data Analyst or similar roles. 
• Strong experience with Power BI, especially in developing production-level reports. 
• Solid SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work with relational databases. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. 
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal). 

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse) or Microsoft Fabric. 
• Experience in automation using Python or Power Automate. 
• PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.
