• Monitor system maintenance data and develop maintenance and servicing plans.

• Develop new procedures and revise existing ones to ensure alignment with actual operations.

• Develop and update departmental reporting templates.

• Control the procurement and usage of materials for system repair and maintenance in accordance with standards through weekly and monthly reporting and evaluation.

• Control electricity and water usage in line with system standards, preventing waste or loss through weekly and monthly reporting and evaluation.

• Review, reconcile, compare, and approve monthly purchase requests.

• Develop annual strategies to reduce water, electricity, maintenance, and repair costs.

• Regularly supervise (directly or indirectly) to ensure proper management of utilities (electricity, water) and infrastructure, and compliance with company and departmental procedures.

• Plan and allocate personnel effectively based on capability, farm scale, and management scope.

• Develop, communicate, and implement detailed training programs and plans for the management system.

• Clearly define job descriptions for each position; review and update every 6 months or as needed to reflect operational changes.

• Develop KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; consolidate reports and evaluate actual KPI performance accordingly.

- Kiểm soát thông tin bảo trì hệ thống, đưa ra kế hoạch bảo trì bảo dưỡng hệ thống.

- Hàng năm xây dựng chiến lược để tiết giảm: Nước, điện, chi phí bảo trì và sửa chữa

- Thường xuyên giám sát trực tiếp hoạc gián tiếp, đảm bảo quản lý vùng điện nước, cơ sở hạ tầng làm việc và thực hiện đúng theo quy trình của công ty và bộ phận ban hành

- Kiểm soát việc mua sắm và sử dụng vật tư sửa chữa, bảo trì hệ thống theo tiêu chuẩn thông qua báo cáo, đánh giá hàng tuần, hàng tháng

- Kiểm soát việc sử dụng điện/nước theo tiêu chuẩn hệ thống, không để lãng phí/thất thoát thông qua báo cáo, đánh giá hàng tuần, hàng tháng

- Kiểm tra, đối chiếu, so sánh và phê duyệt yêu cầu mua hàng hàng tháng.

- Xây dựng các quy trình mới, hiệu chỉnh các quy trình hiện hành đảm bảo phù hợp với thực tế vận hành.

- Xây dựng và hiệu chỉnh các biểu mẫu báo cáo của bộ phận

- Lập kế hoạch phân công nhân sự hợp lý theo năng lực và quy mô trại, quy mô vùng quản lý

- Xây dựng, truyền thông & triển khai chương trình, kế hoạch đào tạo chi tiết đến hệ thống cấp quản lý

- Mô tả công việc cho từng vị trí rõ ràng - phù hợp. Cập nhật 6 tháng/lần hoặc khi có vấn đề phát sinh mới để phù hợp với tình hình thực tế

- Xây dựng KPI theo Tháng, Quý, Năm. Tổng kết báo cáo, đánh giá kết quả KPI thực tế đạt được theo Tháng, Quý, Năm.

Yêu cầu công việc

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

- University degree or higher, with at least 3–5 years of experience in the same position.

- Well knowledge of maintenance & electrician, construction and facilility concerned documents.

- Strong communication skills; proactive and agile.

- Passionate about the job.

- Careful, diligent, and honest.

- Able to work independently.

- English Communication is an advantage
