Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a Finance-related field
- At least 1 year experience as a Plant Controller, Cost Controller, or FP&A in manufacturing company
- Proven experience working with SAP is required
- Proficient in English with a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and others
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Possesses strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proactively identify and drive improvements in cost control
Travel Required:
This position is primarily based at the Ho Chi Minh City office and the Hiep Phuoc plant.
However, occasional travel to the Hai Phong plant will be required as part of the role.
Travel frequency may vary depending on needs, but it is expected to occur on a monthly basis or as necessary to support operational and business requirements.
