Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Act as the key support for the Chairman, ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination
- Provide translation and interpretation support in meetings to ensure clear communication
- Manage schedules, appointments, and priorities for the Chairman effectively
- Welcome and support VIP guests, maintaining a professional company image
- Support communication and coordination with Headquarter (VP/BOD)
- Prepare documents and required information as requested
- Handle administrative and office tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other assigned tasks as required
Your skills & qualifications
- Graduated from Korean major
- Experienced as a secretary and interpreter
- Proficient in 4 skills of Korean: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Good communication, agile, flexible (English Communication is a plus)
- Time management skills, work and schedule organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work location:
- Pearl Plaza, 561A Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time:
- Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
