The Job
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master modern software engineering practices to design and develop innovative web and mobile business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design the application.
Professional Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Web Application Development.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the OutSystems platform.
Technical Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Proficiency with at least one programming language (C# is preferable).
- Proficiency with web services (REST and SOAP).
Design & UI/UX:
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Knowledge of React components to build applications according to defined UI design.
- Understanding of UI/UX in web and mobile applications and their best practices.
- Understanding of the concept of design system/theme and knowing how to leverage them to accelerate UI development.
Mindset & Soft Skills:
- Positively critical and constantly looking for ways to improve.
- Ability to learn new knowledge and skills if instructed.
- Ability to self-study and work under high pressure.
- Good communication skills are an advantage.
- Experience and comfort with Agile methodologies.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries: ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, BackboneJS, EmberJS.
- Experience in developing/integrating software components into existing systems (a big plus).
- Knowledge of mobile development.
Salary & Allowances
- 13-month salary with annual performance bonus.
- Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/month.
- Special occasion bonus (Tet & other holidays): 2.500.000 VND/year.
