Operation Manager

Position Summary:

The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end freight forwarding operations for Everok Vietnam, ensuring smooth operational processes, service excellence, and alignment with company objectives. This position leads the operations team, manages customer and overseas agent relationships, supports business growth initiatives and ensures operational efficiency, compliance and high service standards across all freight forwarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily freight forwarding operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation, smooth process flow, and timely issue resolution.

- Lead, supervise and support the operations team to achieve operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, and business partners through responsive and professional support.

- Manage nomination cargo operations, including quotation preparation, shipment coordination, and system data accuracy.

- Coordinate closely with internal and external sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support customer retention.

- Monitor cargo volumes, operational costs, and regional performance to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on freight market trends and local pricing to support competitive business decisions and growth strategies.

- Develop and strengthen Vietnam business consolidation cargo activities by identifying strategic partners and optimizing operational processes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and directives from management.

- Handle operational challenges and emergency situations effectively to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to the achievement of branch and company targets.

- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management as required.

What Will Make You Successful：

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in sales and team management within the freight forwarding industry.

Strong knowledge of the local logistics, export, and import markets. Candidates with an extensive network and existing customer base in the logistics industry are highly preferred.

Possess keen market insight, excellent organizational and management abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.

Strong understanding of the digital freight forwarding landscape and its developments.

Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, integrity and professionalism in work and relationships.

Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
