NPI (New Product Introduction) Process Engineer

As an NPI (New Product Introduction) Process Engineer, you will be responsible for receiving and implementing established production processes from the Ajax Group Headquarters (HQ) to the Vietnam factory. Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

• 2 – 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or NPI Engineer in the Electronics/High-tech manufacturing sector (Experience in SMT or Box-build assembly is a plus).

Technical Skills:

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly standards.

• Familiarity with Quality tools (8D, 5-Why, PFMEA).

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for layout/fixture adjustments.

Language:

• Good English communication (Mandatory). You must be able to read technical documents and attend online meetings with foreign experts from the Group.

Mindset:

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under the tight deadlines of new product launch schedules.
