Role Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Node.js developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP CAP (or other Node.js frameworks like Nest.js), as well as experience working on SAP BTP Platforms. The developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying high-quality web applications. As this role involves working directly with our global clients, the successful candidate must have strong English communication skills and be able to participate in a rotating shift schedule that includes US timezones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using SAP CAP on the SAP BTP Platform.
- Provide direct technical support and communicate effectively with global clients in English.
- Participate in a rotating shift schedule (including US-timezone night shifts) to ensure uninterrupted service for our clients.
- Work with a team of developers to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Work with other teams to ensure that applications meet business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
- Willingness and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Good English proficiency (written and verbal) to effectively support and collaborate with international clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with SAP CAP (or other Node.js frameworks like Nest.js).
- Experience working on SAP BTP Platforms or other Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
