Job Description
- Good command of Japanese (N2 level is a must) & basic English communication. Japanese speaking is at an appropriate level to communicate with our clients/ Sử dụng tiếng Nhật thành thạo (yêu cầu tối thiểu trình độ N2) và có khả năng giao tiếp cơ bản bằng tiếng Anh. Khả năng nói tiếng Nhật ở mức phù hợp để giao tiếp với khách hàng
- Office equipment system skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office and related software)/ Kỹ năng sử dụng hệ thống, thiết bị văn phòng (email, internet, Microsoft Office và các phần mềm liên quan)
- We accept on job training for non-experienced candidates, but having knowledge of operating systems/platforms or managing customer relationships is a plus/ Chấp nhận đào tạo cho các ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm, tuy nhiên việc có kiến thức về hệ điều hành/nền tảng hoặc quản lý quan hệ khách hàng sẽ là một lợi thế
Preferred Personality:

Geniee Vietnam is seeking a passionate Customer Success Assistant/ SFA/CRM Operator who will work closely with the headquarters team in Japan to support any requests/tasks on the system. The position requires operators to understand Geniee’s products (Geniee SFA/CRM) and to perform some of the following tasks:
- Understand normal business flow and be able to operate and work with systems/platforms/ Am hiểu sản phẩm công ty và công cụ của các đối tác;
- Join meetings with Japanese clients to collect their requests and support in setting up the system for them/ Hỗ trợ Customer Success team tại Nhật trong việc cài đặt hệ thống cho khách hàng
- Build and maintain close working relationships with related departments (Tech and Customer success team in JP Headquarter)/ Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan (phòng kỹ thuật, các nhóm kinh doanh tại Hội sở Nhật Bản)
