Your role & responsibilities

• Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal/Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
• Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
• Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media upload
• Liaising between guests and partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as: additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, complaint.
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.

Your skills & qualifications

• Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level
• Fluency in English (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English.
• Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work, Social Media platforms is a plus
• Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries
• Mature & analytical
• High on teamwork and engagement

Thời gian làm việc

• 5 days/week (any 2 days off).
• Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
• Rotating shifts: 9 hours/shift/month (including 1.5 hour rest).
