
Moving Supervisor (for Operations & Relocation)

Job Description
• Implementing all requests/instructions of service orders, other docs, emails, telecons, etc… from Operations/Sales Teams (both inbound and outbound work) and closely following-up the results of these inbound and outbound jobs.
• Organizing supervisors and loading/packing crew for inbound/outbound jobs including preparations of packing materials, toolboxes, crates (if any), arrangements of appropriate crews and trucking as well.
• Making and managing inventory for packing jobs/lists including description of goods,packer-names of every package, location (room), status/condition of goods (notification/specification of non-good status/condition).
• Monitoring and loading goods into trucks; assuring completion of the loading sheets, signatures on all shipment-related forms/documents of inventory lists, service-orders, extra services, performance, any other forms/documents as required.
• Timely and immediately reporting to Operations/Sales Teams on any issues during packing/loading/un-loading period at different location and/or at warehouse including but not limited of extra volumes, additional services/items, losses/damages of goods, missing items, etc… for every shipment.
• Assuring as always of records and reports from loading/packing crew on weights,volumes, labors, trucking consumption of each/every job.
• Supervising and properly processing all requirements when loading goods into lift-vans/container (for exporting) such as: taking photos before and after loading, recording numbers of containers/seals, loading sheets, etc...
• Being responsible for loading/unloading goods, in/out containers/trucks at warehouse for all export/import/local moves as required.
• Performing supervision of the proper appearance of packers and temporary workers as well including their standard uniforms, shoes, hats, etc…
• Always advising and reporting to the Branch Manager, Operations/Sales Teams on all additional requirements and/or arising work (if any) from client’s needs, scheduling jobs, etc…
• Assisting other supervisors whenever needed/required.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Branch Manager and Management Board.

• High-school Certificate (Bachelor’s degree preferably)
• Good working experiences in moving and relocation industry or in a similar position is an advantage
• Good command of spoken English (English level B is required, level C is an advantage)
• Very good work ethic, highly reliable and good in following instructions
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to use equipment, tools and resources to facilitate faster delivery of furniture
• A team-worker that can follow instructions and procedures
• Very good health condition
• Experience in Shipping/Logistic/Supply Chain will be an advantage
