Moonbase is a digital asset trading platform built for the Vietnamese market, enabling users to invest, trade, and manage crypto assets with speed, security, and a seamless user experience. Our team comprises experts in trading, product development, and engineering who have worked with leading companies in the cryptocurrency industry.

We’re looking for an Operation Lead who can own the day-to-day running of our operational processes while building the systems, SOPs, and cross-functional bridges that will scale with the company. You’re part problem-solver, part process architect, and part team glue.
This is a high-visibility role that interacts daily with Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
Trách nhiệm chính (Responsibilities)
Các nhiệm vụ có thể thay đổi tùy theo cấp bậc (Manager hay Senior/Head) và quy mô sàn, nhưng thường bao gồm:
- Quản lý vận hành hàng ngày: Giám sát hoạt động của các sản phẩm giao dịch (spot, margin, derivatives/futures), bao gồm khớp lệnh, giám sát thanh khoản, thanh toán bù trừ, đối chiếu dữ liệu và hỗ trợ middle-office.
- Đảm bảo ổn định hệ thống & xử lý sự cố: Giám sát hiệu suất nền tảng 24/7, xử lý sự cố/outage, phối hợp với đội ngũ Operational Resilience để duy trì tính sẵn sàng cao.
- Tối ưu hóa quy trình: Xây dựng và cải tiến SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), tự động hóa quy trình, giảm rủi ro vận hành.
- Hỗ trợ sản phẩm & tính năng mới: Tham gia triển khai tính năng/sản phẩm mới; làm cầu nối giữa Product, Engineering và Ops; quản lý yêu cầu, kiểm thử và triển khai.
- Tuân thủ & Quản lý rủi ro: Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định (AML, báo cáo quy định), hỗ trợ kiểm toán, giám sát hoạt động đáng ngờ và quản lý rủi ro tiếp xúc.
- Cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng: Phát triển tài liệu hướng dẫn, nội dung giáo dục người dùng (help guides, user education).
- Khác: Xử lý nạp/rút tiền, KYC/tài khoản, quản lý nhà cung cấp, thanh khoản cho sản phẩm cụ thể (ví dụ: futures), phân tích dữ liệu để tối ưu.
- Kinh Nghiệm: 3–4+ năm trong lĩnh vực vận hành nền tảng internet, fintech, sàn giao dịch chứng khoán, hoặc crypto/Web3. Kinh nghiệm tại sàn giao dịch hoặc dịch vụ tài chính là lợi thế lớn.
- Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên (chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Tài chính, Công nghệ hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan).
- Kỹ năng cần thiết:
- Quản lý dự án và phối hợp liên bộ phận tốt.
- Phân tích dữ liệu để ra quyết định và tối ưu hóa.
- Hiểu sâu về cơ chế giao dịch, sổ lệnh, thanh toán bù trừ và hạ tầng crypto.
- Giao tiếp xuất sắc và làm việc nhóm.
- Kiến thức về quản lý rủi ro và tuân thủ quy định.
- Ưu tiên:
- Kinh nghiệm thực tế với sản phẩm crypto (spot, derivatives, P2P…).
- Kinh nghiệm lãnh đạo đội ngũ hoặc quản lý dự án lớn.
