Your Skills and Experience✨ What Your Main Focus Will Be (mostly focus on Backend side):
- The technology stacks you will be working with include, but are not limited to the following: ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Python, SQL Server, Entity framework, Microservice, SignalR, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, MongoDB and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, or React.js. (Keep in mind, these stacks may evolve over time as aligned with our business strategy)
- Assess and understand customers’ business workflows and challenges, provide effective solutions, and resolve issues to support their growth.
- Take ownership of assigned work and drive product success by developing high-quality features and applications that meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.
- Support existing applications, implementing upgrades, and resolving bugs.
- Write high-quality, readable, and maintainable and unit testable code for both backend and frontend changes to ensure maintainability and testability.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing status updates and addressing blockers while collaborating effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners.
- Maintain and enhance technical skills through code reviews and knowledge sharing with other developers, and update task tracking systems with accurate statuses and time estimates.
- Follow team processes and coding standards, prioritize tasks based on team goals and deadlines, and communicate any changes that may impact the team.
- Proactively share knowledge, offer help to teammates, and raise concerns constructively with proposed solutions to foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment.
✨ What You Bring:
Educational Background: Bachelor of Information Technology, or relevant field.
Experience: 5+ YEARS of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in C#, .NET 4.x, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, SQL, Entity Framework
- While experience with Python is a plus, a willingness to learn and work with Python is essential
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as Vue.js/React.js
- Having knowledge and experience with Microservices architecture
- Familiarity with database technologies such as Relational, Document and Graph Database
- Experience with web services and API development (RESTful or SOAP)
- Having knowledge of web application development, Unit Testing and Integration Testing; and ability to effectively write and run unit tests
- Proficient in using version control systems, such as Jira, Git
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Good knowledge of OOP and some design patterns
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies

- Skilled in leveraging AI-powered software development (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to ensure productivity and performance, along with the ability to keep up with AI evolution and effectively utilize it to enhance daily work and self-improvement.

- Good teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills
- Possess R&D skills and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex problems

- Intermediate English communication (both spoken and written)
Nice to have: Knowledge/or experience with Azure cloud services (or AWS/GCP)

❖ 1st round: Home Assessment – Cognitive & Personality test (total duration: 25-30 mins)
❖ 2nd round: Home Assignment – Online Self-Paced Training & Case Study Presentation
❖ 3rd round: Online Short Presentation-Based Interview on Case Study (100% English, about 30 mins) with our L&D team (based in Pakistan) & HR team (based in UK & VN)
❖ Final round: Online In-depth Presentation-Based Interview on Case Study (100% English, about 1 hour) with our CTO & CPO (based in UK)
