ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team, working on international platforms with high user traffic, complex business logic, and high-performance requirements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable, reliable systems used by real users at scale.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborating with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Develop RESTful APIs
Writing a high-performance and scalable code
Implementation of security and data protection
Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
Follow emerging technologies

Your Skills and Experience

Technical Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience with PHP 8.4+ and Symfony 6.4 / 7+
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software principles (SOLID, KISS, ACID)
Experience building RESTful APIs, Web Services, or Microservices
Experience debugging complex applications using tools such as Xdebug or profilers
Experience working with Docker / containerized environments

Nice to Have

Experience with Golang (1.25+)
Experience with RabbitMQ or message queue systems
Experience with Elasticsearch
Experience with WebSocket / real-time systems
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) or Kubernetes
Experience working with transaction-heavy or compliance-driven systems

Other Requirements

Proficient English communication
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
