AEM Development:

• Develop AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Implement features using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and OSGi.
• Build reusable AEM components and templates.

Content Management:

• Configure and manage AEM content structures, permissions, and workflows.

Integration:

• Implement REST API-based integrations with external systems such as SAP, PIM, ERP, and Adobe I/O.

Quality:

• Follow AEM coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, and operations teams.

Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues in development and production.

DevOps:

• Work with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – mandatory.

Core AEM Skills:

• Experience with AEM Sites (6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR (Oak), and HTL (Sightly).

Front-end Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Integration Skills:

• Experience with RESTful API integrations.

Tools:

• Experience with Git and Maven.

Preferred Qualifications

AEM Cloud:

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.

Dispatcher:

• Experience with Dispatcher configuration and caching.

Front-end:

• Experience with React-based AEM Hybrid or Headless.

Adobe Ecosystem:

• Familiarity with Adobe IMS, Adobe I/O, and Adobe Launch.

DevOps:

• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Cloud Manager.

Global Projects:

• Experience working with global or offshore teams.

Certification:

• Adobe AEM Certification (preferred, not mandatory).

Soft Skills

Problem Solving:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Communication:

• Effective communication with Tech Leads and team members.

Methodology:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ownership:

• Ability to take ownership of assigned development tasks.
