Who We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced AI Engineers (mid to senior level) who can design, build, and own AI systems end-to-end. You've shipped models to production before and understand what it takes to make AI work reliably at scale. You're ready to take ownership of technical decisions and help shape our AI strategy.

Responsibilities
Lead and build AI systems for a global fintech platform:
Your Daily Work
- Design and architect machine learning systems that solve complex business problems at scale
- Build and optimize AI applications: natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, data analysis, and more
- Own the full ML lifecycle — from problem framing and data analysis to model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Create and maintain intelligent data pipelines that automatically process and learn from data
- Evaluate, select, and integrate the right AI technologies and frameworks for each use case
- Establish best practices for model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Be able to comprehend AI technologies, analyze existing workflows of the company, and train other teams to use AI in their daily work
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap decisions
- Mentor junior AI engineers and conduct code/model reviews
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments
- Ability to make architectural decisions on model selection, infrastructure, and scalability
- Deep understanding of trade-offs in ML system design (accuracy vs. latency, complexity vs. maintainability)
- Experience debugging and optimizing production ML systems
- Track record of cross-team collaboration and delivering projects end-to-end
This is high-impact, high-ownership work. You'll architect systems that serve millions of users, make decisions that shape our AI capabilities, and build the foundation for our AI-powered future.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years building & deploying AI/ML in production
- Bachelor’s in a relevant field (Master’s/PhD is a plus)
- Strong Python; additional language is a plus
- Solid ML knowledge (DL, evaluation, feature engineering, tuning)
- Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikit-learn
- MLOps experience (versioning, CI/CD, monitoring)
- Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) & Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong data structures, algorithms, and SE fundamentals
- Prompt engineering & LLM integration experience
- Good English communication
- Self-driven, able to work independently and deliver projects
