The Job
We are looking for talented Middle/Senior Java Software Developers to join our team in building and enhancing a health insurance management system.
The ideal candidates have strong backend development experience, are passionate about clean and scalable code, and can collaborate effectively in an international environment. Frontend experience is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with local and overseas teams to design, develop, and maintain the health insurance system
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing to ensure system quality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards
- Proactively suggest improvements and contribute ideas across IT projects
- Collaborate with AI engineers to design and integrate AI-driven features into the system
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Director
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 4 years of software development experience
- Strong experience with:
- Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot
- JUnit, Git
- Design patterns and clean architecture principles
- Solid experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- English proficiency at an intermediate level or above
Nice to Have
- Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Next.js)
- Experience in automated testing
