We are looking for a Backend Developer responsible for developing and maintaining microservices-based backend systems and APIs using Spring Boot (Java). You will contribute to system architecture design and build scalable services that integrate with frontend applications and external systems. You will work closely with Product Managers, Technical Leaders, QA Engineers, and Frontend Developers to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

Maintain existing backend services and develop new features based on business requirements
Design and build reusable, scalable components and services
Refactor and optimize existing systems to improve performance and maintainability
Develop and maintain unit tests and API tests
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs
Work with QA and other stakeholders to ensure product quality, performance, and security
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues when required

Your Skills and Experience

At least 3+ years of experience in backend development (level middle)
At least 5+ years of experience in backend development (level senior)
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot framework
Experience with build tools such as Gradle
Good understanding of Microservices Architecture (MSA) and related open-source technologies
Solid knowledge of clean coding practices
Experience working with Git/GitHub
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Familiar with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with MSA-related technologies such as RabbitMQ, ELK Stack, Nginx, Redis, PostgreSQL, Spring Cloud
Experience in Linux system administration
