About the Role
The Mid-level QA/QC Engineer is responsible for executing detailed testing activities within the Agile/Scrum product development lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality by designing test cases, identifying defects, and maintaining effective testing processes across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Testing Execution & Quality Assurance

• Design and execute test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications. 
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing for Web and Mobile applications. 
• Ensure product quality through thorough validation before release. 

Defect Management

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Trello. 
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently. 
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before closure. 

Collaboration in Agile Environment

• Work closely with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum processes. 
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
• Contribute to improving testing processes and quality standards. 

Data & API Testing

• Perform API testing using tools like Postman. 
• Use basic SQL queries to validate and verify data in the database.

Your Skills and Experience

Work Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer. 
• Hands-on experience in testing Web and Mobile applications. 
• Solid understanding of software testing techniques and defect management processes. 
• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and API testing tools (Postman). 
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. 
• Experience or knowledge in e-commerce, warehouse, shipping, invoices, or document systems is a strong advantage. 

Skills

• Good technical English reading comprehension (for documentation). 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
