Compensation & Earnings Potential
Earnings Structure:
● Base salary: 8,000,000 VND
● Upfront bonus: 2,000,000 – 4,000,000 VND per account
● 30–50% first-month commission
● 10% residual income (up to 12 months per account)
Expected Monthly Income
● Mid-tier (5 accounts/month): $800 – $1,200
● Top performer (7–10 accounts/month): $1,200 – $1,500+
● Star performer (10+ accounts/month): $1,600 – $2,500+
