- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent qualifications;

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position is preferred;

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems;

- Strong English communication skills;

- Effective planning and organizational skills;

- Ability to assign tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities;

- Capability to coach and develop team members.
