
Marketing Manager

Job Description
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Planning
• Develop and lead the overall Marketing strategy (monthly/quarterly/yearly) aligned with business and revenue targets
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Define brand direction for technology accessory product lines
• Plan and execute product launch strategies from positioning and messaging to go-to-market execution
• Take ownership of brand growth and market awareness
2. Trade Marketing & Sales Support (POS)
• Develop and execute Trade Marketing programs at Points of Sale (POS), showrooms, and distribution channels
• Design in-store displays and merchandising solutions to enhance product visibility
• Build sell-out programs (bundles, promotions, incentives) aligned with sales targets
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective execution in the field
• Monitor sell-out performance and continuously optimize sales-driven activities
3. Digital & Social Media Management
• Manage all Social Media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Website…) to build brand presence and drive consumer demand
• Align content strategies with ongoing sales campaigns and business objectives
• Track performance metrics and optimize content to improve engagement and conversion
• Stay updated with market trends and implement relevant digital initiatives
4. Team Management & Marketing Operations
• Lead, assign, and oversee the Marketing team (Content, Design, Ads)
• Train and develop team capabilities
• Build and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and quality output
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Customer Service) for campaign execution
• Take responsibility for team performance and overall Marketing results
5. Budget Management & Performance Tracking
• Plan and control Marketing budgets
• Monitor and analyze key metrics: traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROI
• Prepare periodic reports and propose optimization strategies
6. Industry Knowledge & Product Orientation
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the tech/accessories market and trends
• Translate technical product specifications into clear customer benefits
• Support the Sales team with product knowledge and selling points
• Stay updated on technology trends to enhance Marketing strategies
• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Account Management, or Marketing
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role
• Prior experience in a distribution environment or agency is a plus
• Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and execution
• Hands-on experience in:
o Trade Marketing (POS execution)
o Sales promotion and sell-out activities
o Managing Digital and Social Media channels
• Experience or strong interest in technology / mobile accessories / ICT is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proactive mindset, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
