Job Description

***Overview:

• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for products/projects to boost sales and enhance brand recognition

• Manage the project marketing team and coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with company business objectives


Responsibility:

A. Performance:

1. Develop Marketing Strategy (20%):

• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Develop and implement long-term and short-term marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract customers

• Generate ideas, build detailed plans and roadmaps, and oversee execution including events

• Collaborate with Marketing Director to align with business objectives

• Advise and propose ideas, plans, and solutions for brand promotion strategies (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

• Enhance brand image, support growth, and differentiate from competitors

• Research and utilize effective communication channels

• Ensure growth in sales and customer base

• Evaluate effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements


2. Execute & Manage Marketing Activities (40%):

a. Digital Marketing:

• Manage content across online channels

• Plan and execute Ads and SEO strategies

• Provide direction and take responsibility for content and visuals


b. Trade Marketing:

• Develop event ideas to stimulate demand

• Utilize offline channels effectively (signage, events, physical spaces)


c. Product Marketing:

• Coordinate team to deliver communication materials as planned

• Stay updated on trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Campaign Management and Execution

• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and materials

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed

• Evaluate results, capture learnings, and improve future campaigns

Project Brand Management

• Strengthen brand identity and market positioning through effective branding and promotion


3. Budget & Performance Management (10%):


Marketing Budget Planning and Management:

• Propose and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency

• Monitor spending and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI


Performance Analysis:

• Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance

• Provide regular reports and recommendations to Marketing Director

• Liaise and negotiate with external agencies

• Plan and monitor performance of agency partners


4. Team Management (10%):

• Train and mentor team members

• Supervise and evaluate performance

• Assign tasks effectively

• Monitor progress, results, and overall team effectiveness

• Participate in recruitment and interviews


5. Stakeholder Collaboration (10%):

• Work closely with product, business, and customer service teams

• Ensure alignment between marketing and business goals

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders


B. Health:

6. Actions contributing to overall corporate health (10%):

• Participate in training and company activities

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Promote a positive, performance-driven culture


***Background / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing

• 2–3 years in managerial or supervisory role

• Real estate experience preferred

• Good English skills


***Knowledge, Specific job skills, and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of core marketing functions: research, communication planning, digital, content, media, branding, events

• Understanding of campaign workflow: planning, execution, monitoring, reporting

• Team coordination and task management skills

• Strong planning, multitasking, and project management

• Ability to review and guide content and visual outputs

• Analytical skills for performance and digital metrics

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
