Logistics Officer

• Verify all lifting equipment is certified and suitable before lifting operations.

• Inspect goods received/delivered with store man to ensure accuracy and good condition.

• Optimize lifting and transport to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness.

• Facilitate personnel transportation to/from rigs.

• Conduct routine equipment/material maintenance and audits.

• Lead and supervise all shorebase and warehouse operations to support drilling, production, and logistic activities.

• Ensure all logistics operations are conducted safely and efficiently in compliance with HSEQ standards.

• Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and personnel via vessels and helicopters.

• Ensure inventory accuracy, compliance with HSEQ standards, and cost control.

• Act as a liaison between onshore base, offshore rigs, vendors, and contractors, vessel operations, service companies, and drilling logistics teams.

• Inventory tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in Oil & Gas logistics, warehouse, or rig support.

• Strong knowledge of offshore operations, logistics, lifting standards, and hazardous materials handling.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

• Knowledge of risk assessment, JSA, permits to work, and toolbox talks.
