Job Description

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Planning Officer.
+ Work location: Ho Chi Minh Head Office - Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon District, HCMC.
+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
+ Report to: Executive/ Manager.
+ Job summary: Contribute to building up data system of Leasing Planning Department through field check, regularly update market move, keep track of current malls’ business in order to prepare for new malls’ plans and renovation plans of current malls.
Details:
1. Conduct surveys, collect data, and update information related to competitors, retail market, new market trends and report to supervisors timely as assigned. (20%)
2. Update and analyze current business situation regularly and conduct research on new trends of assigned categories’ market to serve planning purposes. (20%)
3. Carry out surveys and in-depth research and evaluate target market, including main points like provincial characteristics, retail market, competitors, and make reports as assigned by supervisors to deeply understand about market situation and prepare for AEON MALL’s projects. (15%)
4. Perform pre-leasing tasks and prepare leasing kit and related documents accurately and timely as assigned. (15%)
5. Update business results, analyze and evaluate the business performance of AEON MALL shopping centers to propose appropriate improvement ideas. (15%)
6. Explore new tenants and customer demand in the assigned target market. (10%)
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors. (5%)
1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
2. Having at least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant fields (Commercial Real Estate/ Market Research).
3. Good at both spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
4. Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Good at researching, analyzing, and reporting skills.
6. Be honest, careful, hard-working.
7. Open and adaptable to new challenges.
