Job Description

Work location: Amway HCM Center - 410B-C-D Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City



ROLE PURPOSE


This role is responsible for driving distributors/key accounts' performance through data analysis, strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring. The position ensures alignment between local sales strategies and distributors/key accounts' goals, while serving as the primary business contact for all related matters.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1/ Analyze

- Review qualification and re-qualification data to identify root causes of performance issues.

- Detect data patterns that highlight recurring challenges or growth opportunities.

- Understand each account’s motivations and objectives to anticipate key needs.


2/ Plan

- Develop tailored messaging and strategies for each account to address short-term priorities.

- Collaborate with the Line Manager to align sales strategies with both local and account objectives.


3/ Implement

- Set structured agendas for meetings to ensure focused and effective execution.

- Assess each account’s current performance and short-term goals to identify strengths and improvement areas.

- Support accounts in defining actionable solutions to overcome strategic or operational barriers.

- Provide data-driven insights to address qualification/re-qualification gaps and drive progress.


4/ Monitor

- Track account performance against tactical plans and agreed KPIs.

- Generate timely alerts or recommendations to sustain execution and downline growth.

- Act as the point of contact for all business-related issues and requests.

- At least 4-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, or related field

- Business Acumen: Understand the big picture, spot trends, and align daily activities with strategic goals.

- Effective Communication: Promote open information flow, actively listen, and clearly convey ideas.

- Planning & Execution: Set clear expectations and develop actionable plans to achieve objectives.

- Build Trust & Influence: Establish credibility with leaders and gain support for strategies.

- Deliver customer-centered solutions, enhance satisfaction, and resolve issues proactively.

- Confident in public speaking and training delivery; proficient in English and MS Office.
