• Bachelor’s degree either in HR, Business Service at a HR service firm.
• Good in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proven good communication.
• Proactive, highly organized with superb attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Be responsible and hard-working with assigned tasks.
Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with employees and Clients.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills.
