The Job
Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are currently looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer with 1+ year of experience and good English skills to join our team.
You will help us develop and maintain internal web applications that support our daily operations. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company and contribute directly to real business needs.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Develop internal web/app systems to optimize production and operations.
- Customize and develop modules on the company's ERPNext system.
- Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.js / NestJS.
- Support data security, system access control, and IT troubleshooting (10%)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development.
- Experience with Node.js / NestJS for API development.
- Experience with ReactJS, basic knowledge of Next.js (SSR/ISR is a plus).
- Familiar with RESTful APIs, HTTP, JWT, and backend concepts.
- Good logical thinking and ability to learn quickly.
- Good English (both written and spoken).
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
