What is Maximo EAM? It is a streamlined ERP-like solution for enterprise asset and equipment management. Key modules include Asset Management, Work Management, Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, and Financial Management to optimize O&M (Operation and Maintenance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Consulting: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for specific modules.

- Solution Design: Propose software solutions aligned with client needs.

- Implementation: Perform installation, configuration, and initial data migration.

- Development: Customize applications, including functions, UI/screens, approval workflows, and reporting.

- Testing & Deployment: Conduct internal UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and prepare technical documentation.

- Training: Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

- Internal R&D: Participate in research, solution development, and internal training as assigned.

- Note: Ability to work on-site at client locations (domestic and international) is required.

Your Skills and Experience

Education:

- Degree: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT Software / Software Development / Computer Science

Experience:

- 0-2 years (Candidates will be trained to meet job requirements)

- Plus point: Prior experience in solution implementation, consulting, or technical support

Soft Skills & Languages:

- Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies.

- Ability to work independently and manage multi-tasking under management support.

- English: Good communication and reading comprehension skills (must have)

Technical Skills:

- Programming: Proficiency in at least one language (Java, Python, C+, C#); Java is a strong advantage.

- Database: Basic knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or DB2; Oracle Database experience is a plus.

- Infrastructure: Knowledge of Linux, Containerization, and RedHat OpenShift is an advantage.

- Business Systems: Familiarity with CMMS/EAM, ERP, WMS, or TMS is a plus.
