💻 What You Will Do

Embrace and cultivate an AI-first mindset, actively participating in thorough training programs and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and models, including Claude Max and Gemini Tier 3.
Apply intermediate knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI to support the development and deployment of intelligent solutions.
Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, to collaborate with team members and contribute to project discussions.
Adapt quickly and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Assist in documenting processes, experiments, and findings to support team learning and project transparency.

Your Skills and Experience

👉 This Is For You If You Have

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest and foundational understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Willingness and ability to learn quickly through structured training and hands-on experience with advanced AI tools (Claude Max, Gemini Tier 3).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, adapting to changing priorities and project needs.
Basic programming skills in Python or a similar language, with an eagerness to develop further technical expertise.

💪 It’s Even Better If You Have

Prior experience with AI/ML projects, internships, or relevant coursework in Generative or Agentic AI.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, or deploying AI models in real-world applications.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or AI development environments.
Participation in AI competitions, hackathons, or open-source contributions related to LLMs or Generative AI.
Understanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.
Interest in staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and technology trends.
