We are seeking a highly motivated Fresher Web Developer with an AI-first mindset to join our fast-paced team. 💻 What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications, ensuring functionality, scalability, and visual appeal in alignment with project requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, following industry best practices to ensure maintainability and performance.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities, delivering seamless user experiences.
Optimize website performance, including page load speeds and responsiveness, to provide a smooth and engaging user experience across devices and browsers.
Embrace and apply an AI-first approach in daily tasks, utilizing advanced AI tools and LLMs to enhance development processes and outcomes.
Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and actively participate in team learning and knowledge sharing sessions.

Your Skills and Experience

👉 This Is For You If You Have

AI-first mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and apply AI tools and models (training and access to Claude Max and Gemini Tier 3 provided).
Foundation knowledge of AI concepts and large language models (LLMs), and an eagerness to integrate AI into web development workflows.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to build responsive and interactive web pages.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a diverse team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive attitude toward new challenges.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.

💪 It’s Even Better If You Have

Experience or interest in prompt engineering and context engineering for AI-driven applications.
Multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git, and experience using collaborative development platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) to create mobile-friendly layouts.
Exposure to backend frameworks (Node.js, Python) or full-stack development concepts.
UI/UX design experience or familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch) and user-centered design principles.
