JOB OVERVIEW
- We are looking for a proficient Java Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate is skilled in Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and relational databases, and is capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with front-end technologies or cloud platforms is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain high‑quality Java applications using Spring / Spring Boot and Struts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality through clean coding practices, proper organization, and automation.
- Work closely with Japanese clients to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical and project documentation.
- At least 2 years of experience in Java development with Spring/Spring Boot and Struts.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development.
- Strong experience with SQL.
- Experience working with Japanese clients and handling related documentation is a strong advantage.
- Experience in document design is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Waterfall model is a plus.
Nice to have
- English proficiency: able to read and understand technical documents, and capable of basic conversation with clients.
