About the Role
We are looking for a IT PROJECT MANAGER to join our growing delivery team and work on high-impact client projects.
As the operational right hand to the Delivery Manager (DM), the PM serves as the command center for a dynamic portfolio of 20+ concurrent IT projects and 50+ cross-functional resources. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of rigorous data analysis and skilled people management — ideal for someone who can translate complex project signals into clear, actionable intelligence while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships across teams.

What You Will Do
- Resource Management & Capacity Planning Monitor and balance the workload distribution of 50+ team members (Developers, QC Engineers, Business Analysts, and others) across a multi-project portfolio. Proactively identify capacity bottlenecks, under-utilization ("bench" periods), and allocation conflicts before they affect project timelines or budget.
- Jira Governance & Data Integrity Perform daily deep-dives into Jira dashboards across all active projects. Own the accuracy of velocity tracking, burn-down analysis, and ticket aging reports. Flag anomalies and work with project teams to maintain consistent, reliable data across the board.
- Risk Forecasting & Early Warning Go beyond status reporting. Analyze cross-project trends to distinguish genuinely on-track projects from those at risk of delay. Deliver concise, evidence-based early warnings to the DM, accompanied by practical mitigation recommendations.
- Stakeholder Communication & Follow-Up Represent the DM in day-to-day follow-ups with Project Leads. Navigate team dynamics with tact and professionalism — creating accountability without friction, and driving toward deadlines while preserving team morale and trust.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Project Coordination, PMO, or PM within the IT / software development industry.
- English Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both written and verbal communication, required for reporting and executive-level interactions.
- Jira Expertise: Power-user proficiency — custom filters, dashboard creation, and confident interpretation of Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time).
- SDLC & Agile Literacy: Solid working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Scrum, and Agile delivery principles.
