- Manage and maintain LIS, HIS, and ERP systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Plan, implement, and supervise IT projects related to system integration and upgrades.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize workflows through technology solutions.
- Lead and manage the IT team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage IT budget and maintain hardware/software assets
- Work closely with vendors, technology partners, and headquarters on system implementation projects.
- Handle IT risks and major incidents quickly and effectively
Educational requirements
- List minimum and preferred levels of education need to perform the responsibilities and duties of this position
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
Required skills, experience, and attribute
- Skills: Networking, system administration, IT support, leadership, communication
- Experience: 5+ years in IT, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Attributes: Responsible, problem-solving, proactive, reliable, adaptable
Physical demands/Working environment (if any)
- High-pressure; requires focus and adaptability
- Experience working in a Korean company
- Understanding of the healthcare industry
