Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Labor Due Diligence – Labor and Employment program.
- Discipline Management Process.
- Revise Labor Regulation and relevant procedures.
- Support for specific projects in labor relation.
Your skills & qualifications
Functional Knowledge Required:
- Background in law (preferred on labor, civil law).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understand about employee cycle and HR processes.
Skills Needed:
- Learning Agility.
- Effective communication and presentation in both Vietnamese & English.
- Strong problem analysis & logical thinking skill.
- Good writing skill.
