Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Development: Actively seek and approach potential international clients through various channels (online platforms, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.).
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose effective sales strategies for target markets.
- Consultation and Negotiation: Introduce our aluminum foil products, recommend suitable solutions, and negotiate contract terms with clients.
- Order Management and Customer Service: Monitor the production and delivery process, resolve any issues that arise, and maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients.
- Reporting and Updates: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and completed activities to the management team.
Your skills & qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates with experience in the packaging materials, aluminum, or export industries are preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficient in all four English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Knowledge of other languages such as Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to research, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel internationally.
