International Freight Forwarding Operations Customer Service

-Provide professional advice on import logistics solutions, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures to clients, maintaining strong and long-term business relationships.

● Local Logistic Service Coordination

-Coordinate with loal suppliers to facilitate smooth and timely trucking, customs declaration and clearance processes.

-Monitor local supplier to ensure all import declarations are completed correctly, adhering to local customs regulations and tariff classification rules to minimize risks of detention or penalty.

● Cost Control & Documentation Archiving (Administration)

-Verify and reconcile freight invoices from carriers or suppliers.

-Maintain accurate and complete operational records, documents, and database in accordance with company policies and retention schedules.

● Export Operation Execution

-Take full responsibility for the entire process of sea freight import shipments, including booking space with carriers, arranging cargo release, and coordinating with shipping lines, agents, and port authorities.

-Handle document preparation and verification, including Original Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

-Monitor shipment status in real-time, track vessel ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and ETD, and proactively communicate any changes or delays to clients.

● Customer Communication & Relationship Management

-Serve as the key liaison for clients, providing regular updates on shipment progress, transit times, and delivery status.

-Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

• Well understanding of operation process flow of ocean freight, 3 years and above experiences of export operation in freight forwarding

• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Result oriented, process driven, self-discipline, well groomed

• Education – Diploma and above

• Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel, Power point

• Language skills: Good in both of Chinese and English
