Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a high-impact infrastructure and cloud migration program. This role requires strong project, stakeholder, and change management capabilities, along with the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams across Australia, the UK, India, and Vietnam.
You will manage complex project streams involving 24 internal teams, align release schedules, and ensure an excellent internal customer experience throughout the migration journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with multiple global teams (Australia, UK, India, Vietnam) to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration.
- Drive stakeholder management, including expectation setting, progress communication, and risk mitigation.
- Manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transition and adoption by internal customers.
- Coordinate release timelines and dependencies across 24 internal technology and business teams.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure strong governance throughout project phases.
- Ensure high-quality internal customer experience during all migration activities.
- 7–10 years of experience in project management, preferably within technology, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure domains: storage, backup systems, servers, networking, and data center operations.
- Demonstrated experience implementing cloud solutions including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
