• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure construction, preferably with large-scale resort or urban development projects.

• Strong understanding of Vietnamese regulations and standards for infrastructure and utilities.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.

• Software skills: proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project, Words, Excel.

• Hardworking, proactive, and honest.

• Willing to work full-time at site in Hưng Yên Province.

• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Project management Certificate (class 2 or higher)
