Job Description
- Display every PO in SAP to download shipping docs; download and reconcile receipt note and delivery note.
- Check & verify import value in excel file: debit advice vs PO value in SAP vs commercial invoice value vs eCUS data.
- Check & verify hard copy of all import documents before sign-off.
- Co-ordinate with Tax to provide accounting books...

- Hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Minimum 1 year of operational experience, preferably in FMCG with exposure to:
• Tax reimbursement procedures.
• Import/export activities involving finished goods, raw/packaging materials, spare parts, and machinery
• Manufacturing for Export (MFE) model and related compliance
• International transportation and logistics coordination
- Has solid foundations and understanding of international trade practices, including:
• Incoterms
• Free Trade Agreements (FTAs)
• Country of origin and HS code classification
