- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in an HRBP or organizational advisory role.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in a fast-growing environment (c, logistics, tech, FMCG, etc.) is a strong plus
