Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial or senior recruitment role.

Strong recruitment background (mass hiring + key positions).

Experience supporting overseas operations is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.

Fluent English communication (mandatory).

Willingness to travel or relocate to the Philippines when required.

Strong ownership mindset, high discipline, and ability to work under expansion pressure.
